Title I Spring Bingo
Served up quite a few wins, some fun, hot dogs provided by the Booster Club and the Booster Club donated some new balls to the kids at Minatare Elementary School.

March 2nd is Dr. Seuss' birthday! That leads us into celebrating Read Across America week. Attached are the dress up days for Minatare Elementary. We hope the students have fun with dressing up and all the activities their teachers have planned for them.

We are excited to introduce Nebraska SMART – a free virtual tutoring program for K-12 students in Educational Service Units 1, 4, and 13. Students can connect one-on-one with live Tutors for individualized homework help. Tutors are teacher education candidates enrolled in Chadron State, Peru State, or Wayne State College.

Have a student that attends school in ESU13 area and needs a tutor or some extra help...They have a pilot program that you can now try out for them...go to https://www.nscs.edu/nebraskasmart and register to get help from Education students at Chadron State College, Wayne State College, and Peru State College. This resources is free if your child attends school in a ESU13 area.


Reminder that there is no school for students & staff on Friday February 9th, grades PreK-12.


Happy Groundhog Day! For the first time since 2020, Punxsutawney Phil DID NOT see his shadow, signaling an early Spring. Phil is hitting .300 in his predictions over the last decade.


Students at Minatare Elementary School would like to thank our supporters at DonosChoose for funding Mrs. Grote's project "Warm Hands for Everone." This week, elementary students from kindergarten through fifth grade received a new pair of insulated winter gloves to keep their hands warm at recess. We are ready for the next snow storm!






We aren't the Spartans, but we have just as much pride and spirit! ❤️🖤 Come support our Minatare athletes this Friday night (2-2-24) starting at 5PM with Girls Basketball! 🏀 If you wear a Minatare School shirt, your admission is FREE!!! 🤩 Students who find Mrs. Wolf will receive a surprise! 🥳


The preschoolers are learning all about Recycling and Trash. Today they went out around the school and made our area a little cleaner! 🗑️♻️
